Happiness Journey with Dr. Dan

A Podcast Interview with Dr. Lorenzo Cohen & Alison Jefferies

This episode touched me in a different way as my own mother went through cancer (breast) treatment (twice). Dr Lorenzo Cohen and Alison Jefferies from Houston are providing amazing insight as how cancer works, discussing the many strategies on how to stay proactive to avoid the chances of getting cancer with proper eating, exercising, tobacco and alcohol-free life. If the latter is impossible, everything in moderation is also acceptable.

Where do we draw the line between enabling cancer cells to grow in our body and staying proactive to avoid that from happening? How much obsession can we put into proper eating, exercising and living a stress-free life? Will this make us a hypochondriac society where every time something in our body doesn't feel right, we will self-diagnose ourselves as it being cancer.
